No, OnTrac is not competent at all.
OnTrac only way to contact support is through “Chat”. After waiting for a long time, it indicated there were 2 customers ahead in the queue, then it said “Connection to Live Agent is stopped due to timeout.”
Something is going on at I405 Northbound and Magnolia and Warner off ramps. Traffic is halted. Toll / carpool section seems to be unaffected.
