Little tweaks on my #homelab

I used car sound-dampening materials on the back and side panels. Result: from 39 dB down to 36 dB.

I was worried about heat because this acoustic foam is good for isolation too. But so far, no issues.

I reconfigured my TrueNAS server:
- moved the 2 HDD to the right (temps dropped from 48 C > 37 C)
- added an extra fan, to increase the airflow
