Catarina is a passion-driven innovator and communicator with a strong interest in futures thinking, humanitarian challenges, and psychology. She is working at CERN Ideasquare and graduated from a Master's Degree in Psychology. Co-founder of Humanitarian Designers, she drives the development of the organisation and, more specifically, our educational projects. #humanitariandesign

Together with our community, we worked on revamping our website to make our mission clearer, to update our activities, and to collaborate with members on a shared objective.

Identifying humanitarian design opportunities - University of Offenbach - Humanitarian Designers

For our first course, we partnered with the University of Offenbach and the Greek NGO Habibi Works to teach humanitarian design to students and work on a real humanitarian challenge.
