Responded to an ICE alert yesterday at an apartment complex next to an elementary school in Saint Paul. The complex is predominantly Somali and there have been abductions by ICE. Spoke with a resident and he confirmed they abducted someone again and quickly left.
Their operations still continue here, even if news about them has quieted.
