　来年3月に東京に開業する複合型エンタテインメント施設「東京ドリームパーク（TDP）」内に新設される音楽ホール「SGCホール有明」の開業を記念した企画『こけら落としプレミアシリーズ』に山下達郎が登場することが決定した。　『こけら落としプレミアシリーズ』は2026年3月28日から4月29日までの期間で開催。 B'z 、サカナクションが公演を行うことが発表されており、話題を呼んでいる。
