Eureka! FaktenIm 18 Jhd fand man heraus, dass Menschen, die mit harmlosen Kuhpocken infiziert wurden, nicht an sehr gefährlichen Pocken erkrankten und impfte daher mit Kuhpockenlymphe. „vaccinus steht lat. für „von Kühen stammend“. Daraus entstand das Wort „Vakzin“

David ZellhöferZum dritten Advent machte mir der Pressesprecher der Bundesdruckerei ein besonderes Geschenk in Form einer Rufschädigung, die als Begleittext zum offiziellen Pressetext versendet wurde. Cogito Ergo Disputo@hosebei @kibcol1049 I don't like Meta. I believe they are, at least at the board level, a bunch of amoral bastards which have money as their god.
But I can't avoid noticing that everyone has the choice not to use Meta. For one there are options, and two, there is no rule in life that says that you absolutely need to be in a social network, that you are entitled to one, and that a for profit company has to provide you service for free without getting anything in return.
@kibcol1049 but the funny thing is that the only way they can do anything about sextotion is by doing what we accuse them of doing: reading private correspondence. We are in face of a conundrum: we want Meta to respect our privacy and not read private correspondence, but we also want them to protect us from sextotion, which they can only do by... reading our private correspondence.
