My last two #photos from my snowshoeing adventure!
These are from the way back. And as you can see the sun was nice and bright! On the way up it was more cloudy and not so bright. - And in the end I was happy that I had experienced both!

At this point I was already on my way back from the mountain. Next stop was this hut - from there on just some more walk with less elevation back to the car.
on the whole way back ... I think I just met one more person. Besieds that ... all silence and a lot of white.
For #MountainMonday I share this view from a recent hike.
The 300mm zoom lens zoomed me into this area. It would be a blast to walk there. Yet this is a protection zone that noone should enter in winter to give wildlife some peace.
Well, I was happy to see that scene with the soft snow ... just beautiful (to me at least)
Yesterday on our bike ride we almost got a sun burn and two weeks ago I was snowshoeing in the mountains! It's wild 😉
Today we have light rain, so I'm not sure if I want to get out for some activity or let it be a true #silentSunday .

For #FootpathFriday, I wanted to share this path that I walked a while ago. I didn't meet anyone for a very long time, which is very uncommon, but really a good experience.

We visited #Scotland twice and both times were excellent visits! All kinds of weather but mostly really good. I loved the people and the landscape - well and also the castles.
Sorry for not being so present the last couple of days. I really try to come back more to you. I miss the interaction.
Weather was better than expected and we took the chance to do a little ride-out in the neighbourhood.
Spring is really here now. The meadows are mostly green and we don't need thick layers for cycling.
We've been out a bit. We hiked up the #wallberg near #tegernsee.
First half was without snow, second half was snowy. But as it is a very frequented route, it wasn't a problem at all. Near the top there were really a lot of people (thanks to the rope way 🚡).
Together with bright sun and very warm wind, it was quite convenient.
To spare my wife's knee, we took the ropeway down.
Great #easter walk 😁.
Last photo from a week ago when temperatures were high and we enjoyed some time out.
When I look at the photo I notice that ... "times" ago I didn't like the brown grass after winter as I was missing the vivid green.
That day however I didn't even think about it. Maybe becuase of the sun ... or the nice contrast of these heather like flowers? Anyways - it's been a great day out there.
