Wow, read the report and I can immediately think of at least 5 things, persons, procedures, markings and lights that could/should have prevented this. Only one of them could have prevented this. That's going to be an interesting EASA incident report...

We really forgot what the internet feels like when it isn't trying to extract value from us every single second. It’s quiet here. I like it.
