Sunday on Safari with David Dunlop.

This is one of those records that I just couldn’t help buying, when I saw it in a scond hand shop years ago. And it turns out that there’s something calming about the sounds of the savannah combined with the voice of Mr Dunlop.

I have plenty of “normal” records with different genres of music in my #vinylcollection but some times, I like to focus on the more odd finds. So I’ll probably share some of these here

I hung this painting in the hall to my studio because I didn’t know what to do with it. It wasn’t done, but …? My daughter added googly eyes. This is indeed what it needed. Collaboration! 🤘🏼🥰🥳

When the closests relationship you can have to the neighbourhood cats, is the one way conversation you can have out the crack of an open window, this has been a good day.
She didn’t run away, so I’ll take it as a win and hope we can get a closer friendship with less physical distance over the summer.

This is Molly - a wild animal that lives in my house and sleeps on my bed

She thinks I’m a master hunter, because I leave home and come back with all kinds of wonderful things to eat

I’m not, of course. Humans are hunter-gatherers, and I’m leaning heavily into the gatherer side of things - by going to the shop and gathering cat food

She repays my successful gathering by being fluffy & adorable

So I got a good deal
