So after some investigation, it appears that the outlets are the problem. Considering we had a bathroom renovation done on the other side of that wall under a year ago, my theory is that the tradies have messed something up, especially since both the outlets are faulty, not just the one the dryer was plugged into.
The dryer itself is absolutely fine plugged in elsewhere.
Well today has been a very strange and kind of unproductive day in that I did not get anything that I wanted to achieve done, but I did actually do some important things.
Calling a private school to tell them one of their students has been bullying my child was one of them. ☠️
I never much liked The Music Man as a show. I didn't get the storyline, found the lead unlikable, and thought the music a bit uninspired.
This production my kid is in though... Well I'm a total convert. It hits like it never has before. The direction has depth and heart, the characters are interesting and clearly drawn, and it is funny!
Go see it before it closes! It's on until July 6 at Redgum Function Centre, Wentworthville. Best availability for tix is Friday 27th.
