Evening run in the heat. Tried some speed work, struggled.

Started the 6x1.5km workout because it's programmed into my watch already. Did 2x1.5km because that was more than enough in this heat, poor prep, and after not much running recently.

Trees were nice, got some pictures during warm-down.

Oh, and I found a big fat pile of pro-histamines.
(Probably should have popped some anti-s today).

Run on holiday the other night around le sunset.
Amazing light, almost 10km, but I went slightly too fast.

I'm now on a train, heading home from France.

6.5km run tonight after work with colleague at a medium pace.

Too much sun at first, but some shade through the trees before reaching the river.

Stopped a couple of times to take pictures. Thought they were bien enough to share.

Cat was resting earlier with her paws outstretched.

How could I not grab my camera?

#parkrun Number 111 today -- single Nelson. Number 99 at home location (without a flake).

Ran the longer route from the train to get there, then did a warmup, an early-starting parkrun, then a cooldown lap (opposite direction today 😲), café, and jogged back to the train. 12.7km for the day.

Too hot, ran the whole parkrun with a friend, but took it easy. Not the week for anything more.

Saw this one 🐦‍⬛ trying to eat a chip 🍟 in the lake from our lakeside café seats :)

Calling test_local runs fine, though with this version of test_proc_1

Another day, another #Fortran problem. The following gives me a segmentation fault, but I don't know why.
Passing a subroutine defined in the same module works fine, though.

Any #F90 lawyers able to point out the (obvious?) error?

Some pictures from the park:

Out on a walk yesterday around town. Saw some nice symmetry of an office block, took a snap.

Half marathon training begins today!
After a chat with a friend yesterday about useful training sessions, I did a slightly different version of something he suggested (6x1.5km slightly faster than goal pace instead of 3x3km).
