Finished this book yesterday, and while preparing the review, I'm having a hard time figuring out who it might help. For me, it was a great reminder to be compassionate with myself and others and actively remember my values. But what if someone has never thought about their own abilities to improve their life? How can you tell them about it?
Brianna West's Pivot Year is gentle meditation; I wish I would do more of it.
Now playing: Alstad — Elegy in A major (atmosphere)
I am still in the process of absorbing the audio version of "Living in Wisdom" by Devi Brown, but already feeling in a new and safe space of finding myself, and excited to meet this new, gorgeous version of myself ❤️
A review is on the way, but I can already recommend this book to anyone who is feeling lost and like there is no way out.
