More #Inkscape Hatches work here. In this illustration, I'm going over an Anime Image and adapting the shadow to a Hatches LPE. I made a "Lazy but structured" circle around the area with Black Fill.

Structuring the circles binds the hatches to that paths bounds. Did that make sense?

#Inkscape I'm having a ton of fun realizing how hatching works in Inkscape. Here i'm working with a drawing from Famous Comic Artist Pepe Larraz. It has fine grained control as well, Very Thin, or Thick. Cross Hatch and any orientation you like. Truly powerful Path effect.

The rendering of files larger than 10MB is massive. It's so smooth now.
