I feel like I'm slowly dying inside. I don't feel like any of my friends care about me. The interactions with them is mostly superficial. I want to have deep conversations and connect, but I'm not finding that it's happening.
I know I have some major #ptsd from failed friendships and it's very very hard for me to trust people now. I'm #autistic and #adhd.
I just wish I felt like I belonged somewhere.
This feels like Facebook to me. I post things and use tags, but no one sees or responds to anything. Am I doing something wrong?
I've tried a few times to attend church over the last few years. I'm not #christian but living in the south I often feel that is my only way to make connections with people or have any community.
I think I'm finally realizing, however, that I have way too much #ptsd from past negative experiences.

I think something that has come out of discovering I'm autistic in my 40s is learning to totally distrust everyone and learn to trust myself more and rely on others less.
