When a disproportionate amount of total income is diverted to the very wealthy, then services focus on delivering value to the very wealthy. Popular recreation becomes instead a playground for the rich.
In the story of Eve, the whole "rib" thing is an intentional mistranslation of the original Hebrew for the word "side" as in, "Eve arrived at Adam's side". Patriarchal church leaders couldn't stand the idea of women being equal, so they used the word "rib", which makes the whole thing ridiculous.
The typical LGBTQ curriculum in schools is not teaching kids to be gay or trans, but instead is aiming at preventing bullying and harassment. The reality is that gay and trans kids are often beaten, bullied and harassed at school, and this is itself a major factor toward suicide. I support efforts to prevent this bullying with curriculum showing that gay and trans kids are ok. School children can be brutal toward kids that are "different".

The zombie money they left behind in various foundations & think tanks will continue to erode voting, civil rights, worker protections, consumer rights, & national security for decades after their passing.
