Eine Auseinandersetzung mit den juristischen Definitionen und den Sachverhalten wäre geboten gewesen, statt dessen bleibt der Vortrag konsequent an der sanften Oberfläche. "Fun"-Fact dazu: im "Schönfelder" (d.i. die grundlegende Gesetzessammlung für das Zivil- und Strafrecht als Loseblattsammlung) begann Jahrzehnte bei Ordnungsnummer (~Kapitel) 20. Der Grund: die Nummern 1 bis 19 waren zuvor die Parteistatuen der NSDAP und "ErmächtigungsG" gewesen, in deren Licht das (folgende) gesamte Recht zu lesen war. Irgendwann sehr spät wurde an Ordnungsnummer 1 das Grundgesetz gefüllt.
