A #UX devil appears on the other shoulder. “Everyone has already been trained to click ‘Allow’ and ‘Yes’ over and over again just to do their jobs,” he says. “It’s a shame that you have to put any instructions. Don’t make them LONGER.”

Early this morning, three Tacoma Power substation facilities were deliberately attacked in east Pierce county. Currently, more than 14,000 customers are without power as a result.

The local police department received a burglary call at a substation in Spanaway shortly after 5 a.m. When deputies arrived, they saw forced entry & vandalized equipment that caused a loss of power. A substation in Graham & Puyallup revealed similar scenes: forced entry & damaged equipment.
