@finche @dancing_goblin eine solche Freiheit gibt es de lege lata schon nicht. Auch nicht auf Autobahnen.

Schon motorisiert mit allem ab Kleinkraftrad am Straßenverkehr teil zu nehmen ist jedermann grundsätzlich verboten, soweit es nicht explizit gestattet wurde.

Wenn du Dir Deinen eigenen Race Track im Garten bauen willst: Go for it!

Aber als Bauvorhaben vermutlich auch genehmigungsbedürftig.

@finche @dancing_goblin sehe ich nicht so. Aber selbst wenn: Subventionierungen zu streichen und Folgenverantwortlichkeit ernst zu nehmen , wäre ja mal ein Anfang.
