Another reason to hate #Apple We're seeing more 2018+ MacBook Pro/Air donations — but Apple's T2 chip means even after iCloud sign-out and reset, the firmware stays locked to the original account.

Without donor contact, these machines are useless. :(

I've upcycled ~1,000 older Macs, but T2 era machines will end that. It's controlling, creates e-waste, and will only get worse. #righttorepair matters — Apple couldn't care less.

I hope that some hacker group find a good way to nuke that password out of the chip without desoldering and resoldering it

@stacksmashing Did you even respond to Ian from BusPirate? He has been trying to contact you. He wants to know if he is allowed to use your code from https://github.com/stacksmashing/pico-tpmsniffer The licensing was unclear.

Does anyone else think it's hilarious that the manufacturers of Spironolactone - a water pill, printed the letters Spit on it?

It sounds like great advice if your health insurance denies a claim.

It took less than a minute to add the alt text. Please do this.
