A beautiful day to stroll around pilsen and barter brisket for pizza. I should get some frijoles from carnitas Uruapan
Things are looking good. Pulling and letting rest in the cooler for a couple hours.
Ok tomorrow night i may either have success or failure in an untrimmed no wrap brisket done in a kettle.
