It's amazing to me how far #3dprinting has come in the past 15ish years. I got my first printer in 2012 and had to babysit every print like mad.

But now I can fire off full plate prints that use 8 colors printing one color at a time and my biggest concern is how much time is left because it "Just Works".

Right now I'm on my second print of a hexagonal "twisty puzzle" and the only thing wrong with the first was that the tolerances aren't tight enough for my printer... 🤣

Speed running a protocol plugin implementation is interesting... But this is a legit connection... At least in the sense that I've provided a email and password and gotten an API token back.

I decided on Sunday night that Zulip was going to be our next protocol plugin, then Discord decided to piss everyone off so then I was off to the races!

just venting here for a second... I have a decent sized feral cat colony around my house. This past weekend I took one of them to the vet because he was in bad shape. They said it was just an URI and that he was actually TNR'd by a local non profit that takes care of feral cats.

Their medical team took him and sent an update earlier today. They took him to their vet and did an x-ray and found out that he has a lot of buck shot (shotgun ammunition) in his torso.

Seriously fuck people!

So tired of these bullshit games that retail stores play. Why am I saving 33% when I order online and use the discount code on the item page but people in store just get effed...

And this is to pick up some #Covid19 test because I'm not feeling great and my tests expired in July. I tried one anyways and it was negative.. But better safe than sorry.

The #Twitch plugin for @pidgin 3 continues to improve! We now load who you follow and add them to the contact list.

We don't grab presences yet or do any persistent/caching, but we've gotta start somewhere!

Luckily #AGDQ is running this week so I've been stress testing the plugin over night by just idling in that channel!

Badges and emotes will be awhile, we need to make some changes in purple 3 to make them work at all.
