We’re excited to share the latest in our O-CEI Horizon pilot series, Pilot 8, focused on advancing social engagement and acceptability of energy flexibility in urban environments. Pilot 8, deployed in Switzerland, demonstrates how innovative Smart IoT solutions integrated with the O-CEI platform can empower prosumers, optimize energy demand forecasting, and support community participation in energy flexibility services. From smarter EV charging forecasts to advanced data-driven energy prediction and decentralized energy management in rural and tourism areas, this pilot combines real-world scenarios with user-centric design to ensure that new services are not only effective, but truly adopted by stakeholders like prosumers, DSOs, TSOs and local communities. 📺Watch the video to see how Pilot 8 makes energy flexibility socially acceptable and practically relevant for everyday users. 📑 Learn more about O-CEI and all its pilots: https://lnkd.in/eKiM-Jq5 CLEMAP HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale
