Just read the AI nationalisation paper
#Nationalisation is just a #politically motivated derogatory move according to me.
The main problem with #AI is that it doesn't give the credit to the people whose data it is being trained on as highlighted by Suchir's last paper " GAI for Fair Use" .

AI Companies should
1. Give credit to the people whose data they are using for training
2. Share profit with them based upon contract.
What is crime? #Ethics [Good, Gray & Bad Actions]
Who is the criminal & victim? What is the cause of the crime?
Can even criminals be considered as victim of psychological, socioeconomic & political conditions?

#Offense is breaking the law, but it is not always a crime.
Because even government or state commits crime, who makes & enforce law. Even government makes laws which can used to commit crime or unethical actions towards anyone.
