counterpoint: this is a completely unreasonable and hostile way to approach discussions about user experience or privacy or values or technology and it’s why people just forego having the conversation entirely, leave it up to the nerds and hope it works out for the best (and for *most* people, it does).
screenshot below, i don’t want to pick fights with people on here, but this attitude sucks.

my dude, if you are bringing up sperm counting and testosterone levels (in the context of having children) at the christmas party, your trouble with being able to procreate is not biological in origin
i occasionally can admire josh barro’s gall while intensely disliking him as both a poster and a writer
fun to see a flyer i made in the wild. yes, i put it there.
ahahahaha he’s even losing the dumbest of the intellectual dork web dweebs
it’s not that i disagree with fisher or think that he’s wrong, but, like, we have already seen this movie, *as presented by the new york times*, whom he works for. it gets very tiring to see NYT reporters belatedly decrying tyrants who pose a threat to their occupation only after he stares directly into the camera and says I AM THREATENING YOU. other people saw it much earlier, what’s your excuse?
here’s another excellent christmas record photographed poorly because we are tipsy and turned down the lights, as you are supposed to do this time of year
almost everyone hates christmas music, often for good reason, but this is an excellent record on it’s own merits and a fantastic christmas record. MY EVERGREEN in particular is one of my favorites of any season.
