I have been feeling awful for weeks.
Anxiety at peak levels.
Sudden bursts of tears.
Inability to do my job, take care of our dogs, or enjoy hiking.
A friend of ours shared this article, and now I know why. It's not a good thing, but I know the origin of my sickness. And it helps.
