Boosting again to see if I can get in touch with local hikers!

Yesterday I attended a conference in my home town: the topic was "The new map of the world".
It was... Hard. I knew that our society is at a turning point. I am aware of the troubles. But hearing them out loud was another thing.
Journalists talking about being worse before being better. About an EU with so many challenges ahead.
I faced the inevitability of this historic period.
I honest don't know if I'm ready. But I guess we'll see.

I have been feeling awful for weeks.
Anxiety at peak levels.
Sudden bursts of tears.
Inability to do my job, take care of our dogs, or enjoy hiking.
A friend of ours shared this article, and now I know why. It's not a good thing, but I know the origin of my sickness. And it helps.
I hope it might help others, too, that are struggling like I am.

🇮🇹 in una nazione che ha orgogliosamente detto NO a questo governo, vivo in una regione, in una provincia, che ha detto sì. Ma si sapeva.
Non vedo l'ora di avviare "interessanti discussioni" con i miei concittadini e dire loro, col mio più marcato accento veneto: "Ha vinto il no? GO CARO".

C'è speranza per questo paese.
Il messaggio sottotraccia è potente.
La classe politica è bocciata in toto.
Gli Italiani si mobilitano per difendere la Costituzione.
Ma gli Italiani non vanno più a votare alle politiche. Gli Italiani ne hanno le palle piene dell'unica vera casta di intoccabili, impuniti e impunibili: la classe politica italica, tutta.

Time for #advice
We bought the Panasonic Lumix DC-TZ99 and it's such a nice camera, but I realised I really need to start studying #photography again.
Does anyone know a good online course I can attend to make the best out of this small one?
I am already studying the instructions pamphlet, watching videos and trying to remember what I studied when I was younger, but I'd love to do more.
