Just to say Bliadhna Mhath Ur / Happy New Year!

Heres a nice summery pic (View from Rubha nan Clach Geurach, ISle of Mull, towards Dùn a' Gheird) Good example of Geology and Gaelic - "Rubha nan Clach Geurach " is "point of the sharp stones" Just look at those glorious vertical Moine schists! Tricky walking on that stuff!

Lots of metamorphic and granitic goodies to look at. Forecast is good, tide is low

Meet at the Beach Carpark at 10:00 am. Bring a picnic. Should be finished by 4!
