@chadkoh @maxfenton I mean it in the sense of “complicated administrative processes” (with a negative valence) which are necessary to the actual work in today’s world but not strictly part of it. What Licklider called “clerical” work: the work to do the work (which should be taken over by the computer). I feel like today’s UIs have a lot of form-filling…
