@JohnOCFII Yep I agree. I love love love his bread and butter pickles too but I also cut the sugar in them as well.

Making Chef John’s State Fair lemonade. I’ve made this before and it’s great. I cut back on the sugar however since I like my lemonade more on the sour side. I use 1.25 cups of sugar not 2. Anyway highly recommended. 🍋👍
