No matter how much you plan and test, nothing will ever beat using the technology and situations you encounter in the real world. Pilot studies will always find the errors in your protocols. The ability to simulate the testing into your code will never beat actually using it in a "real" situation.

Wellness Wednesday - As little as 20 minutes of exercise pre- and post- academic activity can increase retention of information. Aerobic activity is likely the most efficient to do this, but resistance training also has benefits to learning that aren't as well delineated in the literature and likely much more complex and nuanced than current research can describe.
