@clarko couple of power banks (albeit annoying to recharge the power banks every now and again) could be a temp solution, requiring no cabinet remodel or electricians — although in the states — you can be the sparky and run your own wires. ⚡️
Canva has done more for graphic design than any software in history, in the same way that karaoke has done more for music

@jonasdowney how has 5 hours passed and no one has replied to this yet? Is my instance broken… 🙃

Ivory (Tweetbot) still hits the sweet spot imho.

@mark growing up on my side of the world, we knew it as:

Thought you might like this one: Zack didn’t come up with the gridfinity boxes… this guy did:

You might already watch his videos for all the 3d printing stuff.

Anyway — not that it really matters but after you mention in rec diffs a few time about zack being the gridfinity guy (which he probs still is) thought you’d still like to know the OG.

Who "Invented" Gridfinity?

@marcoarment @agiletortoise another one to add to the list is FreeCAD. It’s not easy to ramp up but once you have been in there for a while it eventually makes sense — it retains a 2D drawing (sketch) that once you pad it to 3D - you can come back to the 2D version and edit it…the change will flow back up to the 3D state. I use it bc fusion has terrible UI and FreeCAD is well, free…and has dark mode UI too.

AI agent "contributes" PR to matplotlib. PR gets rejected. AI agent *writes and publishes blog to shame the maintainer*. What a time to be alive. https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/pull/31132

@mattcomi Flight of the navigator 🙌 — before it’s time.

I can see value in that method but Ctrl + 6 is quite possibly the most awkward one handed shortcut to execute in terms of distance… for me anyway. Here is my admittedly over MARKed syntax. With and without the document items.
@mattro also I’m totally assuming you’re talking about the one in Xcode.
