Fitness update 3

I completed first three days of Pull push legs and pull day of second cycle today. It felt good overall. I didn’t feel any fatigue or limitation from other days.

I would definitely recommend this over PPL.

Have a bad mood today. Don’t feel like doing much. I have decided to delete my accounts from Google, Reddit and whatever else that bothers me.

I make a lot of subconscious assumptions about #gender. All developers are males, unless proven otherwise. All nurses are females, unless proven otherwise.

I am not sexist but it sure feels like it whenever I get surprised by a female developer or a male nurse.

I just learned about #lemmy, a #reddit alternative. I didn't know that Mastodon was not the only fediverse social media.

Finding stuff is so much easier there. Everything stays organised in communities. Mastodon feed depends on the time of the day you visit because things keep getting pushed down the feed. It is also so much difficult to find people to follow than to search for communities.

Mastodon needs to improve the ability to find content, especially for new users.
