A friend was excited over a huge price drop on a vacuum cleaner. (Wee!) It's a "Shark" brand, and wanting to practice with these new #InvokeAI inpainting tools for #StableDiffusion, I thought: let's put it in the ocean, for a 'shark' joke.
That this works should no longer be a surprise to me, but it still delights.
So I went even further and made a little scene.
This is so much fun. :)
Awful.
I mean, the core original cast? Brilliant. Worth it just to catch up with them in 1977, alone!
Everything else, however... feels strangely cheap. It looks filmed live on location. Voices echo off walls. The Addams house is a far cry from the spooky mansion of a decade prior. It's interior set is lifeless, crowbarring a couple props from the original set into a claustrophobic, ugly mishmash.
Little wonder why it failed as a sequel series pilot. They did the Addams' REAL dirty here.
I'm beta testing some new features of #InvokeAI, a #StableDiffusion client that's added some genuinely useful features this weekend: separate tools for upscaling/face-fixing images just pasted in from the clipboard (or the filesystem).
So we can go from this, to THIS without having to drop to the console or use a separate tool:
