Finally got the 3D printer back up and running just in time for #PokemonGoCommunityDay @7pidgeys events will have coins at them again and other 3D printed goodies!
I Finally figured it out!!! It was the cooling fan. I had it set to turn the cooling fan on after the first layer at 100%, which for this print job was causing the coin to cool too quickly and curl.
Set it to wait till the 5th layer and it's working fine now!
These came out pretty awesome if I do say so myself!
I'm actually getting pretty impressed how much I can crank the speed up on this thing. But I'm starting to get really annoying because no matter how much I slow it back down, I keep getting this issue for the first layer starts peeling and curling off the bed.
