what do de-googled people use for surveys?  I want to gather feedback with a quick survey for the (upcoming!!) playtest version of my game

They say new year resolutions should be more specific to be helpful, actionable, and hence achievable. But I'll go for less specific and less high stakes to keep it fun.

Anybody got any resolutions themselves?
