One of the biggest dietary pivots I made to get my #diabetes under control was to adopt #keto bread into my diet instead of regular bread. It's made such a difference.
Right now my current favorite is Nature's Own. I like their multigrain loaf best, but I just tried their soft white hamburger buns for the first time so I could enjoy a cookout burger, and it is an absolute game changer.
