Masamuchi #Yabuki retains the IBF Flyweight Title against Rene #Calixto via UD. Yabuki score 2 KD in the 1st round, but Calixto made a comeback in the 2nd half of the fight. 💪
#boxing Jon Riel #Casimero won against Luis #Nery via 4th-round KO. Nery was 3lb overweight in the 124lb catchweight fight, and had a rehydration clause. Casimero dropped Nery 6x in the fight, 3x in the 1st round, while Nery scored one KD. 💪
I would like to see a rematch where both fighters are 100% in the fight. Nery still has more fights to give, IMHO.
Casimero is calling out Naoya #Inoue, to try for his 4th division title. But it seems it will be #InoueBam next. 👊
#boxing O'Shaquie #Foster retains the WBC Super Featherweight Title against Raymond #Ford via MD. It was a surprisingly competitive fight, Ford came to fight in this grudge match, even though Foster pushed him off the ring in the first round. Good fight. 💪👊
The after-fight was also fun, as Foster and Shakur #Stevenson got into a flip-top battle in the ring. Seems they want to fight each other next. 😆
#boxing Dmitry Bivol defends the WBA, IBF Light Heavyweight Titles, against Michael Eifert via UD. Bivol scored a KD early. Eifert was more cautious in his punches, but he put in some effort. Bivol did not seem as active as before, maybe some ring rust, or an effect of the back surgery. But it was Bivol all throughout the fight. 👊

#boxing Meanwhile, Hamza Sheeraz won the vacant WBO Super Middleweight Title against a smaller 39 year old Alem Begic via KO in 2 rounds. It was a mismatch.
Jack Catterall won the WBA Regular Welterweight Title against a taller Shakhram Giyasov via UD. Catterall scored an early KD but Giyasov got up and made it a good competitive fight. 👊💪
#UsykVerhoeven2 rematch is floated, as Verhoeven fans are calling the stoppage early. But it was not early, the ref made the right call, as Verhoeven was not answering as Usyk was pummeling his head, with a KD from multiple head shots just before that.
While Usyk did not move as well as in previous fights, he still won the boxing match, and it was not even as close as others make it seem. 🤷♂️
At times, Verhoeven just tackled and leaned on to Usyk and punched. Usyk scored the clearer punches. 💪
#boxing Oleksandr #Usyk remains undefeated and retains the WBC, WBA Heavyweight Titles against the 6'5'' Kickboxing Champion turned boxer Rico #Verhoeven. It was a competitive fight, and surprisingly so. Verhoeven moved well, with Usyk not moving as well as in previous fights, though he still convincingly won the majority of rounds before he KD'd Verhoeven in the 11th. After a long flurry from Usyk with Verhoeven not answering, the ref stopped the fight. 👊💪

To be fair, Gina did look to take the fight standing, but her first leg kick gave Ronda the opening for a shoot.
I would want to see more of Gina in a Muay Thai / striking fight. Though after this fight, she might want to return to her tv/movie career.
