To whoever needs to hear this. Just your regular reminder to reach out to people you like and tell them exactly this. It is okay to be not ok, it is easier in resonance with others and it's a lot more fun making plans with friends how to make the world a better place then to get stuck in doomscrolling and just being paralysed by the stream of bad news. Be kind to yourself, take a nap, go for a walk, cuddle loved animals or humans, have some nice food, work on something that brings you joy.

Mal ne Frage an die Menschen die sich mit #Solar und #Balkonkraftwerk auskennen. Gibt es irgendeine Speicherlösung die ich einfach in das bestehende Balkonkraftwerk zwischen den PV-Panelen und dem Wechselrichter hängen kann? Die Panele laden immer den Akku und der Wechselrichter speist sich daraus. Durch Einstellung am WR kann ich sagen wie viel ich brauche und der Rest bleibt einfach im Akku

Edit: Nachdem ich glaub einige nicht verstanden hab was ich will, hab ichs mal aufgezeichnet

"No" is a better privacy-enhancing technology than the state-of-the-art differential privacy techniques.

It's efficient! Not collecting data requires at most O(1) bandwidth, O(1) storage, and O(1) compute.

"No" is not "Maybe later".

"No" is not "Ask me again in 3 days".

"No" is not "Maybe after a few more beers", since many of the people that need to hear the first part of his message likely also needs the second.

Big news for Mastodon GmbH. They have formally joined forces with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

If you’re not in the design/tech world, trust me when I say this is a big step for the fediverse. The W3C establishes the standards used for the internet.

This is a solid path forward for small tech.
