Well that's a new one. MBTA kicked everyone off a train and turned it around
I love that I have to clear all my desktop Slack notifications and unreads because I had a stuck DM notification
Like I love the hobby and I've met some great people but sometimes I just don't want to pick up the mic
Well in this case it means I can rewatch a show I half remember watching because it's my favorite comfort genre: vaguely enjoyable isekai slop
I should have been curating my anime watch list off platform this entire time because trying to rebuild what I have and haven't watch after years of streaming platform fuckery is aggravating to say the least

At some point I'll run the numbers and decide if I want to start self scanning my film by picking up a DSLR/mirrorless rig

But a) I like supporting my lab and b) I would want to get a medium format digital camera because that's what I shoot mostly on film. Full frame just doesn't hit the same

That and I don't think I shoot enough to justify the cost and space it'll take up

Ah yes I love hams complaining about mixed mode repeaters. I make sure nobody is talking on analog before keying up on digital but uh sorry that ruins your scanning experience? Maybe program your PL tones correctly?

Like I get it that not everyone has access to digital voice modes but if you aren't actually talking on the repeater...

Despite upgrading my desktop radio gear and being licensed for years I still hate keying up because a lot of the local repeaters still feel like a big club I'm not in and it's tough to break into conversations even when I know one of the people on the other end

Like I participate in nets and exercises but I still barely participate in the social aspect of the hobby

I registered a new domain for my cosplay photography and my network wide ad blocker is blocking it by default

that's what I get for using a non standard tld

Rented a Fuji GFX100RF for the weekend. Fun little camera, not sure how I feel about film simulation recipes since I'm mainly prefer to edit the RAWs though kind of cool for on the fly posting straight out of camera

Not sure I shoot enough to actually pick one up and justify the price tag though
