This is where I'm gonna collect things I find interesting and want to share with people. If I have enough new things I might make a separate post. Also I literally forget to mention things in the moment to people so maybe listing it will help. Probably gonna make a movies and music specific post at some point because when asked what movies I like, my mind draws even more of a blank than other topics.

The prospective future of Fancy Plants Kitchen
So, I have a tendency to be inconsistent in my hobbies. This is likely a trait related to my ADHD. The technical term for what I go through is called hyperfocus. I prefer a less pathological sounding term that I made up: hobby-cycling. Hyperfocus is typically defined as a very intense period of focus on an interest, lasting days, weeks, or months.
Peruvian-Inspired Baked Sweet Potato DInner
When I was in high school, I got the chance to go to Peru with the Sister Cities program. It was an incredible experience. Sister Cities is an international exchange program where cities partner with one another to exchange students for a few weeks. Students live with the host family, attend school with their host sister or brother, and tour the sights of the region.

Recreating childhood memories yet again! It's been amazing to be able to bring some of my favorite comfort foods to life without using animal products. I'm grateful for being taught how to cook from a young age. I'm also incredibly grateful for the availability of vegan foods and information about vegan cooking online.

If you had plans to visit Appalachia for vacation - No you don't. If you still want to come, only come to help rebuild. Your vacation cabin rental might not exist anymore. Hotels do not have potable water. This isn't the time for camping or hiking the Appalachian trail.
If you can, get a refund for your vacation and donate some of it to rebuilding.
