I make pixel art, low poly 3d, video games and other stuff.

Currently building puzzle-adventure about a ghost who can rewind time!

Just kinda pleased with how this whole (secret) tower looks

Over the last few days I made a tiny side project. It's an experimental game about artificial selection of silly alien creatures, where you can engineer the target alien through selective breeding. Web-based, free. Play it here: https://erytau.itch.io/creatures-from-enceladus

So I got myself a vertical mouse to help with my horrible arm strain, and wanted to draw something to test it out. Here is Red Mountain from Morrowind. Beware of the cliff racers!

Trade, work in progress

Each mold gets energy from the empty space it surrounds, taking into account the light strength. This means the mold that surrounds more empty space gets more energy. Molds can't interact with or damage each other. They evolve simply by competing for space.

Molds with the same genome have the same color, but different shades. A mold with a mutated genome gets a new color. Cells can create spores that appear as black dots. Once a spore matures, it turns white, and a new mold is born from it.

So I took a few days to update one of my previous projects: Cute Mold, a mold growth and evolution simulation. Yep, mold 🦠

Now the world is bigger, the molds are more complex, and there are light sources with cool names!

It's free. Plot twist near the end of the video (video sped up 3x).

Well, the save system is now fully working, saving and restoring all the complex interlocking moving puzzle pieces, levels, progress, etc.

Downside - nothing interesting to post yet. Save systems always feel like a chore

Scope creep, scope creep. Made a whole pixel editor inside of my game so the players can paint their own little paintings! It's janky as hell, but hey, it works!
