Il y a du madoka vibe, de la sf, du fun, du wtf et des meufs main characters bien écrites? + Propose une anticipation des rapports de forces politiques assez réaliste, ce qui est rare tout de même

.Transformation (themes allegorical of maturity in some way, adolescence and also a way to perform by being another self)
>double vie/alter ego

.Negative and positive emotions (how they deal with moral dilemma AS A GIRL cause there's always a moral about being kind and caring or despair and destroying everything because of sadness, suppressed anger and violence that girls are not aloud to perform>female rage)

Actually planning to make a zine on magical girls, a kind of manifesto. I've always felt a deep connection to the genre. You watch girls in parallel universes fighting for very real issues such as: gender equality, mental health or loving who you want, performing gender and having dreams as a girl in a society that censor you every day??

I'm sorry but I am a magical girl and I need to make a guide out of this experience.

I mean the main character is afraid to be in a relationship mostly because her special interests are too boring (collecting rocks and hiking because she loves maps) and she goes non verbal for hours when she's overwhelmed by situation she doesn't control or understand...love her tho

Omg I just finished "365 days to the wedding" and it's basically a relationship between 2 autistic cuties 😭 it's actually quite rare to have an romance anime for adults with very deep subjects.

For real, the "dangerous village" thing is so weird. Like is it supposed to be a representation of the gettho? With all the criminals and the poor people are gathered ? 😭 Why only one village in the whole country is causing so much trouble? They don't even explain that even tho they're trying to be a bit geopolitically strategic in the plot lol

I freaking love the villaness trope. It's Isekai trash taste for shojos enjoyers.
This one is particularly poorly animated, it's even funny, and the storyline doesn't make any sens BUT THATS WHAT WE LOVE. It's a telenovela, its stupid plot, it's an overpowered main character...

I'll probably read the scans hihi
