@brass75 In CPython, the internal parsing function (`PyOS_string_to_double`) is written in C. It takes a buffer and returns a C `double`. That's wrapped in a Python float object without checking/caching.

@glyph ESP32 or ESP8266 development board (has USB & wifi), WS2812 addressable LED strip (micropython firmware includes the driver), half a ping pong ball as light diffuser (it's a pain to cut them but they look great).
@TeXniker They're engraved, not printed. All the lines are the same width -- the width of the cutting tool.

(Pokud teda už na takového klienta nejsi zvyklý, ale pak si to naIMAPuj rovnou z gmailu. Jo, MBOX takeoutni, ale jen pro sichr.)
