#FreeAssange!

A Spontaneous crowd of international artists joined forces in support of Julian Assange against his extradition to the USA where he faces 175 years in jail. Through analog hacking of murals, performances, photography, drawings and video they stand in solidarity with whistleblowers, journalists and activists being brutally repressed. They are telling these stories in hope to inspire a broad discussion about press freedom and the fragile boundaries of our democracies.

On Apr.11 2019 #Assange was detained in the Belmarsh prison in London. He faces extradition and 175y in max-security prison in the USA for revealing war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Join us on Apr.11 to demonstrate against this injustice. Let's be loud to demand #FreeAssange and to end the murderous treatment he is subjected to as a publisher.

Let's denounce in every possible way the consequences of his ongoing persecution for free speech and press freedom worldwide!

➡️UK government assigned at least 15 people to the secret operation to seize Julian #Assange from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, new info shows.

It is not clear why the Cabinet Office had so many personnel working on a police operation of this kind.
