Been working on my plating. Not trying to be a chef but just doing it for me. The first photo is a Chili Crusted Cod with Pineapple Salsa over Lime-Infused Rice. The second picture is a Teriyaki Chicken over Brown Rice Noodles.
I had a craving tonight for #BeefOnWeck. Used London broil roast beef and kaiser rolls because we don't have kummelweck around here. I buttered and toasted the insides of the buns for extra deliciousness and used powdered au jus.
