Dude blew a stop sign skidded around the traffic circle and gave a polite "f you", as I walked on the supposed "safe street" in #seattle to pickup my child.
A child or family will be harmed or killed by this recklessness. Roads need to physically prohibit vehicles from running a stop sign. Should neighborhoods wait for the city or just install eco-blocks and Mad Maxify the streets?
Ballard contains more density but Greenwood is the neighborhood lit-up from pedestrian hits.
