When you're out there talking about your startup idea and then respond defensively to client and investor feedback all you've done is show that you DON'T LISTEN. Why would a client want a vendor who doesn't listen? Why would someone invest in a founder who doesn't listen. You show you put your EGO above your BUSINESS.

The world is full of folks who lack experience that think they could help your #Startup -- check their credentials!! Previous Exit? Existing mature business? Multiple rounds? Writing checks? Do not be afraid to ask them to prove it otherwise you waste your most valuable resource: time
