I had a glitch with dynamic DNS configuration on Cloudflare due to recent changes (don't worry if this makes no sense). I was puzzled why my local setup wasn't working and as I had configured it a long time ago, I queried the Cloudflare AI bot.
It incorrectly said I was using a global API key instead of a more secure API token. After a while I figured out the issue myself, but went back to the bot to explain it was wrong. Took three explanations before it admitted that it was absolutely wrong.
It's -8c outside, so we decided to have a quiet day on the sofa. The cats are in favour of this decision.
Sometimes I think people forget that we're effectively living on a giant ball of molten rock with a thin crust zooming through an eternal vacuum.
*Everything* all around us is so hostile to our existence, and the fact that we aren't dancing for joy and high-fiving each other constantly in awe of how lucky we are to simply "be" always amazes me.
A little respect for the awesomeness and unlikeliness of being would go a long way no?
