You know how some people have the ability to suggest that people do something and then 100 people do it? Well I don't have that capacity. My influence (such as it is) is a slow burn, something that takes weeks (or years) to register, and not something you can see reflecting right away.

It is difficult, sometimes, when I try to do something requiring some sort of participation, and then don't get the participation. I know (in theory) that it's OK, but it's hard to accept sometimes.
