Article 40 of the DSA allows researchers to apply for access to data of online service providers. Some of these are already being rejected.
@dscheykopp, @ulrikeklinger, and me, the #DSA40Collaboratory, have just started the "DSA 40 Data Access Tracker" to collect pending, accepted and rejected applications. Please share widely so that we can learn from the collective scientific experience and enable more successful applications in the future.
